The Refillery
We Decided to offer the refilling service to our clients because we are really concerned about our beautiful planet and we want to try (in our own small way) to help. by reuse, recycle and reduce wastage.
Our Mission
We want to create awareness around pollution to prevent and divert trash from landfills and help reduce the use of plastic. Even thought we do have another side of this business selling prepared meals in plastic containers we encourage our clients to send all their containers back to us with their next delivery so that we can contribute to a recycling program.
How We Work
You can refill your own jar / container or vessel. You order your Pantry stock per weight from us, and it will be delivered in a 100% biodegradable brown paper bag. We do encourage to also reuse the paper bag at least a few times to also lower your carbon footprint.
Want to start a plastic free pantry?
Soon We will stock a wide range of glass containers. Choose a jar and fill it up, with the weight you choose and pay at checkout.
How long does delivery take?
We do our best to get our Cape Town orders out within 3 – 5 days after receiving your payment. Nationwide parcels may take up to 7 working days from funds clearing in our account.
What is your policy on returns?
If you have any issues with a product you bought from us online, please email us and we’ll address it personally. Due to the environmental impact of returning items, we do not accept returns or issue refunds (unless agreed otherwise). We are confident we can come to a fair agreement if a product you bought from us is defective, although we ensure all products are in good order before we pack and ship them.
We encourage you to research all products before you decide to buy them, or call or email us (before you order) with any product questions you may have. We are happy to help! Thank you for caring about how your purchases affect the planet.
What if I want to buy larger quantities?

Are all our products organic?
No, not all our products are certified organic. We prefer to source our products from Small, Family run businesses who generally cant afford the certification but quality and transparency is key. Products that say ‘Organic’ in their description we can produce certification for but the rest of the products are all chemical free, pesticide free with no nasties at all. By supporting SME and family businesses we can continue to grow the economy together instead of larger corporations who control the markets.
Nuts and Seeds
Eating nuts as part of a healthy diet may be good for your heart. Nuts contain unsaturated fatty acids and other nutrients. And they’re a great snack food — inexpensive, easy to store and easy to pack when you’re on the go.
Cereal, Pasta and Rice
Refill all your pantry stock here, with a wide variety of Pastas Cereals and rice. We also offer Gluten free options as well.
Baking & Dried Fruit
We also offer a wide range of Baking ingredients for healthy and nutritious baking options, such as xylitol, erythritol and nut flours.
