We Prepare and pack your meals according to the 28 day healthy meal plan, all your food will be packed, ready to eat and clearly marked for each day. This will include Breakfast, lunch and Dinner

We deliver every Friday, 7 days of food.

Please note that all orders must be confirmed no later than Tuesday to still receive your meals that same week on Friday
